Tasting Notes
The 2017 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is very deep purple-black in color, it is intensely scented of freshly crushed blackcurrants, warm black berries, black plums and chocolate mint with nuances of cedar, pencil lead and wild sage. Medium to full-bodied, the taut, muscular, black-fruited palate is solidly constructed with firm, ripe, grainy tannins and compelling freshness, finishing on a lingering menthol note.

2017 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Incorporating 3% Petit Verdot, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful, deep, inky wine that offers lots of minerality as well as chocolatey black fruits, scorched earth, graphite, and tobacco aromas and flavors. This rich, masculine styled effort is full-bodied, has a stacked mid-palate, big tannins, and a great finish. This mountain fruit-like red needs 4–5 years of bottle age but will age gracefully.
